How protective are your cases?

Our cases fuse fashion and function to provide a durable and protective solution for your phone. Each case securely slides onto your phone covering the back, sides, and features a small raised lip on the front. We recommend our screen protectors for extra protection.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days from the date that you received your order. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more information.

 

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. This does not include weekends or national holidays. Please note that the preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) process is not included in the overall shipping time.

International delivery takes 10-21 business days for most countries. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for more information. Please take into consideration that these are estimated ship times and there are many reasons that packages can be delayed, which are out of our control.

 

Why haven't I received my tracking number yet?

Items can take 3-4 days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Why isn't my tracking number providing any information?

Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by the courier. If tracking information is still unavailable after this period of time, please contact us at contact@thecasehouse.com.

 

Why does my package show it's been delivered when I still haven't received it?

Please contact your local post office. The courier will have the most up-to-date information to help you locate your order. We will do all we can to help you with the process, but we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that are showing they have been delivered.

 

How can I make changes to my order?

Simply email us at contact@thecasehouse.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number and let us know if you would like to change the design or color. If it is the device type, case type, or color that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in your email.
